To give a professional image we often encourage our clients to associate their emails with their domain whenever possible ie admin@solumac.com is preferred to solumac@hotmail.com or solumac@yahoo.com

You can specify different accounts for different departments e,g admin@solumac.com, accounts@solumac.com etc.

A domain email address is easier to remember, more intuitive, and more professional-sounding. But more importantly, a domain email address is not owned or controlled by an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
